Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number or delivery update.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within:

• Major Cities: 2–5 working days

• Other Areas: 3–7 working days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery times can sometimes take longer due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other unexpected situations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

We may also offer free shipping or other delivery offers from time to time.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

If the courier cannot deliver your order because of an incorrect address or the recipient is unavailable, delivery may take longer.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging so we can check the issue and help you.
